Fantastic Reception for Reservoir Cafe at Flavour Fest 2016

ffest1The ffest2UCSP team manning the Plymouth University stand at Flavour Fest in Plymouth have been blown way by the reaction to the Reservoir Cafe range of vegetarian and vegan food. During the first day of the festival, the stand saw a large amount of interest from visitors to one of the largest and most successful food festivals in the South West. The food on offer is inspired by the fantastic vegetarian and vegan menu of the Reservoir Cafe which is run by UCSP and located on the Plymouth University campus.
In addition to the stand, Vicky Whitmarsh (one of the UCSP’s team of chefs) gave a joint cooking demonstration with local celebrity chef Peter Gorton which highlighted the use of fresh, local produce.
The festival continues until Sunday 5th June and our “Reservoir Cafe” stand will be there throughout.
